Food Division

In the food sector we are specialized in the design and construction of complete lines for reception, storage and mixing.
A priority aspect for our company is the attention to the sanitation of the products which is guaranteed by the use of “Food Safety” materials, such as AISI 304 stainless steel, allowing us to obtain MOCA certification, fundamental for use in the sector food.
We create mixing lines for macro and micro-ingredients, with the aid of “GRAVIMIX” loss-in-weight gravimetric dosers, designed to obtain a precise and reliable charge and work by sum of weight or batch.
We guarantee maximum flexibility and traceability of production batches, thanks also to our “Drive Silos” management software.
Our product range allows us to design and create “tailor-made” technological solutions suited to the needs and realities of each individual customer, creating systems for newly built production sites or upgrades of existing systems.
We are able to offer Silos (Trevibox) in fabric for flexible storage of small batches, macro components or mixtures, up to more complex solutions for storing and handling large quantities of product.
All our silos, from the simplest fabric one – suitable for “internal” solutions – to the series of monolithic silos, can be supplied with load cells, vibrating bottoms with or without fluidisation of the discharge, single or centralized filters as well as different levels of automation of transport, both mechanical via screw conveyors and under pressure with the aid of rotary valves to maintain flow continuity.
The solutions for receiving and separating the product are highly flexible, being able to manage loading/unloading from tanks, Big-Bags or 25 kg bags.
We create turnkey solutions, starting from the design and providing our support for the entire life of the system, with maintenance programs, consultancy and dedicated customer service.
